About Paulnisha

Founder of BH4H, Paulnisha Michelle Emile brings her skills and experiences to the organization. Her dedication and drive to make a difference not only reflects at work but in her everyday life as well.

Paulnisha Michelle has worked in the event industry for going on 6 years now. Not only is she an event planner but she is also the founder of Byher4her Empowerment INC organization which they cater to women to not forget who they are during their life journey and living a well-balanced life. She is a Haitian American native and was born and raised in Orlando, fl. Paulnisha Michelle is a wife, mother of two, and dog mom. With her experience in the hospitality industry Paulnisha was able to discover her passion for helping others coordinate, plan, and organize events. She took that same gift and started organizing events with a purpose that helped women prioritize themselves to be better entrepreneurs, mothers, and so on. Growing up Paulnisha struggled with identifying her purpose, with God ordering her steps she was able to use her story and make a daily commitment to help others do the same. Paulnisha has future plans to use her voice as a power tool to help women all around the world to truly live their purpose and live life to the fullest.
